Ingredients
Creamy Cheese - 600 grams
Breakfast Sugar - 100 grams
Eggs - 6
Digestive Biscuits - 1 Packet

Method
1. Crumble the biscuits with the butter and lay on a baking mould.
2. Mix egg and sugar in cream cheese.
3. Pour the cream cheese and egg mixture on the top of the crumbled biscuits.
4. Put water halfway through on baking tray.
5.Preheat OTG at 150 degree C for 5 minutes in grill/broil with the convection fan is ON mode and place the tray inside to bake for 20 minutes.
6. After cooling it at room temprature it is ready to serve.
