Night time Skincare Routine - Step by Step

Your skin naturally repairs itself at night, as according to your skin type you should be all about treatment and giving your skin what it needs. When your skin is looking dull exfoilate and when you feel irritation then hydrate and protect. Your nighttime routine is the perfect time to make sure your skin is getting as many nutrients and active ingredients. The night time routine is liitle bit different then day time routine.


1.Cleanser

To clean your your face from dirt, oil and makeup, you should use makeup remover before washing your face with gentle cleanser. You can even try double cleansing which involves cleansing oil first  to disslove your makeup and then washing your face again with regular cleanser to clean any dirt and oil out of your pores.

2. Tone

If you use a toner, apply it as you would in the morning. this will go before you start applying serum and treatments. Since toners are lightweight and always water like formulas, apply them after washing your face as you would a toner.

3. Serums 

Serums are super concentrated nutrient dense treatments which is very essential for your skincare routine.  For best result you can use antioxidant serum. There are various types of serums available in the market.

4.Eye Cream

Do not skip this part in night as your eyes tells all the story of your skin. Care your eyes .Use under eye cream to avoid dark circles. 

Moisturizer

In Skincare routine it is very essential part and you should have to include in your daily routine to apply moisturizer on your face. Moisturizer keeps your skin hydrated and helps strengthen your skin barrier. In nighttime use light moisturizer that will soak so quickly.
