We all know that our body needs energy is primly derived from the food we eat ,the thought we think and breadth we inhale. Out of these three main sources , food provide the least bit of energy but takes up most of our time ,concern and other resources.
This question sounds very simple. We must eat only when we are really hungry,but the sad truth is that we don't know when we are really hungry. We think we must eat something after every 3-4 hours. We fix the timing of breakfast ,lunch and dinner.We eat according to the time without thinking or checking that we are really hungry at that time. It is like to the fill the tank of car with fuel without seeing it is empty or not. We feel more energetic when we do not follow the time of eating and eat only when we are really hungry. Then we wil feel that food tastes better.It get digested faster and more efficiently.

We must eat only live food.thr best example of live food are seeds,nuts and egg that can produce chicks. It is good to include as many seeds and nuts as you can add in your diet. If you can grow it in the garden or terreces,it will raw for maximum benifits.
Decorate your table with colourful food platters. Buy your veggies and fruits yourself and include as much variety in as many colours as you possibly can. This practice will make your plate look attractive but also give you all kinds of micro nutrients which gives us an extra dose of energy.
