My Visit to Chennai:::

No words to describe my feelings what I was realise when i was visted some places of South India. I am a North Indian thats why I was observed and anyalise the difference between the two sides of the nation. Their living nature is different and eniviroment too. there is a huge problem of communication beacause they don't know Hindi, so I prefered English instead of Tamil. I was very influenced by their culture. I was visited last year and writing
in this time..to feel that days once again which I was enjoyed with my friends in 15 days of some places like Chennai, Madurai, Kanchipuram, Puducherry and Munnar.

When I was kept my first step to Chennai station i was feeling that Iam in another nation. Cold wind was blowing out of Centeral Chennai Station gate due to near of sea site ( Marina beach)..Chennai, on the Bay of Bengal in eastern India, is the capital of the state of Tamil Nadu.

Chennai is one of the four metropolitan cities and also an important part of South India. The city sited on the coastal region includes the scintillating natural beauty of sea beaches.

Covelong Beach:

Covelong Beach is one of the most captivating and beautiful beaches which in the past was the most prominent port of the Nawabs of the Carnatic. It is sited at a distance of 40 km from the capital city, stretching along the Coromandal coast.It was originally just a small fishing village, but now also expanded to become one of the most famous beach resorts in South India.First day we visited covelong beach in evening at the time of sunset. Beautiful views was all sides. Some boats of fishers was stand at the coast. We were enjoyed the power of waves and clicked many pics to store in memories of this beautiful evening. We also asked about our feuture to a South Indian Astrologer.

Marina Beach::

Second day we caught the local train from Medavakkam to Central Chennai to see the Marina Beach.The Marina Beach, covered with glittering golden sand and a clear strip of blue sea, is among the most magnificent beaches in India.

Sited at Kamarajar Salai Road, at a distance of 3 km from the capital city of Tamil Nadu, it is said to be the second longest beach in the world, extending to a length of 13 km from St. George Fort to Mahabalipuram.

Apart from enjoying on the beach, there are many historical monuments built at the junction of pathway stand.

Some of them include Annadurai and MG Ramachandran memorials, statues of heroes from Tamil culture, Indo Saracenic buildings, monuments of Tamil scholars, patriots and famous personalities including Mahatma Gandhi and Subhash Chandra Bose.

Shopping::

Shopping is my weakness and Chennai is a great city to buy expensive and elligent materials, how I could forget silk sarees of south. So we visited Sarvana Store located at T nagar and bought sarees and suit pieces. Saravana Stores, is a fairy tale that began to unfold twenty years ago always with an eye on the audience. A textile showroom where the theme has always been about weaving a story of quality, elegance and allure. Material is awasome and which influence into great Indian look. We also visted next day another Servana located at Chrompet and bought again a saree....thats enough..my atm was going empty.
Shopping in Chennai is easy and fun and, like in any other big city in India, one can find anything from traditional handicraft to the latest digital products. Tourists mostly buy palm leaf mats, bronze and brass castings, jewellery, stone carvings from the nearby town of Mamallapuram.

Kanchipuram::

How could we left Kanchipuram that is known as Kānchi is a city in the Indian state of Tamil Nadu, 72 km from Chennai. Kanchi Kamakshi Temple is the most important temple in Kanchipuram.
We caught a bus from Medavakkam to go Kanchipuram. After temple visit, we visited some shops.There are many industries of silk sarees so that the material is gurenteed.To memorise of this place we bought sarees at fine range and returned back to Chennai.

Food Corner:::

Yammmiii .... How i can forget the great size of dosa and fluffy idli with tasty sambhar and coconut chatni. We always order Dosa and south indian thali instead of north indian food. Tamil Nadu Non-Vegetarian Meals. Rice is the staple food in the whole of South India. The different types of dosasavailable in Chennai can probably fill all the items on the menu. Vadai/Thayir Vadai. Crisp, hot and deep fried vadai sets the tongue drooling. Sambar and Rasam rice. Meals.

I had a wonderful time. I wish I can stay there forever,  but I had to come back.Except for the humidity and the water crisis that was there when i visited Chennai, my stay was absolutely delightful and fun filled...
